Fee for service
We offer a number of robust, standardized, and broadly applicable services such as PlasmidMaker (design and construction of any plasmids), mutagenesis (site-specific, random, and site-saturation), protein engineering, colony picking, high-throughput mass-spec screening, and gene knock-out/in. These services are available as fee for service and available to institutional and external users.
In addition, a number of broadly applicable yet customizable workflows such as the automated protein engineering, automated metabolic engineering, automated plant engineering and more are available for various projects to meet broad user needs. We work with end users to determine the project scope and associated fees on a case-by-case basis.

Sample requests
We offer different types of biological samples (e.g., promoters, terminators, plasmids, genes, proteins, organisms) for the broader community. A fee is charged to cover the cost for sample preparation and shipping.
